Where We Ship
- Eden Hill ships to 40+ states within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska
- We do not ship internationally at this time. We’re open to suggestions, though!

Shipping Rates
- Eden Hill is proud to provide a flat, ground UPS shipping rate for all destinations, regardless of the number of bottles
- Inside Texas, $20 flat, ground UPS shipping rate
- Outside Texas, $25 flat, ground UPS shipping rate
Shipping Terms
- An adult aged 21+ must sign for the delivery of alcohol shipments
- You can ship to either a residential or business address
- If you decide to reroute or intercept the package during delivery, or if the package is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts, additional reshipment charges may occur
Returns
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine ordered in error. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange for the return of the corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine minus shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Our aim is to use customer information to improve our services such marketing, tasting room experiences and wine club satisfaction. Our mailing list is managed by MailChimp. Our payment gateway providers are Commerce7, Apple, Google Pay, PayPal, and Stripe. These providers may share tokens when you make purchases, and are not under the supervision of Eden Hill.
